That's not what they're saying over on d*ckheads unlimited. They have about eighty ways listed that the entire India-Pakistan conflict (all the way back in history, I guess) is entirely the fault of one election-stealing GW Bush. Of course, in their tiny minds, if they have a bad haircut or a flat tire, it was GW Bush in person who did it.
