To sow dissension among the faithful. Create suspicion. Who's talking to the FBI, who's working with the FBI? Is there an FBI agent in the house at prayer time. I hope, at least.

We should not be recruiting Moslems, but Arabic speaking people. Why are they going to mosques to recruit? It's nuts. Many of the conspiracies start in Mosques. The Arabic speaking non-Moslems are most likely Christians. If we want to penetrate the terror groups, it will have to be people who the terrorists trust - mostly Moslems.
