Michael Barone is good. This is getting hugely confusing though. The Saudis and Israel are working with Communist China which is arming Pakistan. But Israel is helping India upgrade British Jaguar fighters to carry nukes. That annoys England which is training Paki pilots while, at the same time, selling more military equipment to India. Meanwhile, India is buying from the US and Russia while Pakistan is dealing with France for fighters. Or something like that.

Weapons are commodities like everything else unfortunately they'll get to your enemies unless you don't export them at all unfortunately everybody needs the money( especially Israel, Israel needs to export weapons to keep its economy going with its huge military and socialist red tape).
