What he describes is a "perfect" buyer's market for unskilled labor. A perfect seller's market seems to exist, in the writer's mind at least, for skilled and experienced carpenters.Nobody wants to sell in a buyer's market, and nobody wants to buy in a seller's market. Be nice to be able at all times to do the reverse . . . .
