Exactly right. Apparently logic has escaped many a Freeper.

Apparently logic has escaped many a Freeper. It's not even technically right. He, as well as any other AG in any state of this union do and can do any day of any week, decide to or not to prosecute, period. It happens every day! He has no choice in enforcing the law, but that doesn't make it OK for him to go around saying that such 'reasonable regulations' are good or constitutional.
