"Can you imagine how Liarhy`s blood preasure must have shot up when he read this? "

uh-huh, I can just see his puckered up face red as a beet as he heads out to the nearest bar. LOL

I am so glad, so very very glad that Mark is doing this. It is the RIGHT action to take, we are talking about the security of our nation and Leahy's prior action should have had him THROWN out of the senate if that body maintained the ethics it should. Leahy should have been long gone by now and this would have never been necessary!

Mark e-mailed it to Hannity and he just read it on the air. Sean said he was going to call him.
If he does it now, he might get him on the air.

Congress still allows Gary Condit to sit on the Intelligence Committee in that body

Nothing the Republicans can do about it. The rules allow the dems on the committees to be named by the dem leader -- Gephardt. Gephardt has not removed Condit, so there he stays.

That is no no land I guess...

For now only I hope.

That may be the second barrel in reserve if the first shot doesn't kill, but only cripples. ;-)

Thanks for posting! This is fantastic. Why they would let someone lead a probe that leaks Intelligence information is beyond me but then we are dealing with DemocRATS! At least it will draw attention to the fact that Leahy leaked information from the Intelligence Committee.

Landmark does a fantastic job of following the Rule of Law and calling out people who don't! Keep up the great work!

Mark Levin is Landmark Legal Foundation

I was among the first to point out the belief that Judicial watch was and is a scam to separate the suckers from their money.

On the otherhand the Landmark Legal Foundation is in my opinion a fine organization that serves a valid purpose.

Let me put it this way.

Dubya is what Clinton ought to be. Landmark Foundation is what Judicial Watch ought to be.

He wouldn't step aside if Atta was his son-in-law.

No oe has answered my question as to why one of the top 100 lawyers, Sen. Hillary Clinton, in the country isn't sitting on the JUDICIARY Committee?? Her EXPERTISE is highly prized, no????

I've been a little lax on my reading lately, but I'm sure someone has written about it recently. Probably one of the Newsmax regulars or National Review guys. I'll give you a ping or post a link if I run across anything.

Leahy is so stupid that he is dangerous! his actions are reprehensible...but he only had to step down from the committee for leaking...do the dems ever have face the music for their crimes?
