The thing that nobody wants to talk about is that in order to have this social and legal infrastructure you need to have a population that is capable of understanding abstract concepts like "property rights" and "titles" and "due process", concepts that are pretty much lost on a nation with an average I.Q. below 85.
In other words, if you are too dumb to be able to understand what it takes to create or at least obtain and then retain wealth then you are doomed to eternal poverty.
Sounds like our country.
But seriously, Zimbabwe troubles are not for lack of brainpower, nor are most country's troubles attributable to their average I.Q.
It is lack of integrity and the consequent corruption that are the cause of the mess, no different from bad governments everywhere.
These are moral and spiritual problems, not I.Q. problems.
