Someone else from NY has his eyes on the VP dream- George Pataki. Giuliani is probably a little more conservative than the Governor, but then again to be conservative in NY is to be just a more likeable Mario Cuomo. This state hasn't had a true conservative Governor in ages.

You are right on that one, Reaganwasthebest.
Giuliani is a RINO and so is Pataki and for that matter, it seems the whole Republican party in NY are a bunch of RINOS. Pataki is also a member of the CFR which makes him totally insignificant.

IMHO, wacky Pataki can't shine Rudy's shoes. The mayor is one tough hombre, as most of us in NYC knew way before 9-11.
