...Just last week, Oxford's dean held a moving ceremony in which he lit an "eternal doobie" that will burn forever in front of the library.
Is this in addition to the Clinton endowed Chair in Oxford (at the Kings Arms near the loo)?

I heard Clinton wasn't endowed at all. In fact, his member is as crooked as he is.
