Westerfield is probably guilty...

Guilty of not preventing neighborhod kids from getting in the motorhome occasionally parked in his driveway, and of buying girl scout cookies from van Dam mother and daughter.

Nothing else at all so far...

Cute. Cross up the legal definition of guilt with the common definition used by most people.

Let me put it this way: Westerfield is the person most likely to have murdered Danielle Van Dam. Unless Westerfield's attorney can show reasonable doubt--and given the defense's desperate and unsuccessful efforts to suppress evidence against Westerfield, that's not very likely--he's going to get convicted.

We did learn something new today. We learned that the cop told Damon that only someone familiar with the layout of that house, and friendly with the dog, could have committed the crime.

We also learned for a fact, that not only did Damon have sex with Barbara, but he and Brenda were engaged in "swinging sex" with the others.

We heard Damon say that the "men were not invited to the house, but were there".

I love discussing "what we learned"...that's what the trial is all about.

Now, what have any others "learned" today? sw

Okay, Danielle's blood in the motorhome and her hair in his clothes dryer. Fiber from her bedroom carpet in the motorhome.
