Given what we know about Algore, Strobe, Armmand Hammar, etal, it doesn't surprise me that intellegence sources were give up.

I read an article that quoted a CIA agent (maybe WND?) that said the CIA was virtually reduced to a few pencil pushers behind a desk. The FBI was busy hunting down bootleg Hollywood movies for Clintons "friends" in Hollywood. They claimed they were losing too much money.
Clintons idea of foriegn policy was the same as all Democrat policies. Throw money.
