I stand corrected. The other links took me right to the stories. This is a strange story.
In the paper today was some more of William Clark. It seems he left the bridge went to Arkansas rents 9 rooms at a motel, said they were for firemen working the bridge accident. He put Do Not Disturb sign on 8 of the rooms, slept in one of them, and never paid the $900 bill. The car ge was driving had New Mexico plates on it, He then went downtown and went for a test ride in another car, and never returned.
Clark even went for a boat ride to inspect the damage to the bridge, and asked the NTSB to go along.
Now for the really sick part of it. William Clark called the Clements family in Virgina first with the news.
This is one sick puppy!!!!!
The FBI, Army CID, OHP, ODOT and the NTSB want this guy.
