Not my genre of music, but very glad to see that his life everlasting is with the King of kings and LORD of Lords. THAT is what it's all about.

Well, most I know in the younger generation listen to about anything(outside country). One minute AC/DC is on the CD player, Eminem the next, NWA after that, then Doors, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Pink Floyd, and DMX.

Just because life goes on for others, doesn't make it any less sad for those who care about the deceased. No matter how they died.

My favorite is Bonfire Box set - With the Live "Let there be Rock" CD with the Bonfire set. "Live Wire, Highway to Hell" all live. There was an Atlantic Records live one as well in the box set with a great version of "Problem Child".
I like the Brian Johnson stuff as well, but Bon Scott was the man by far.
The Detroit radio station had a countdown recently on the best Rock songs of all time. "You Shook Me All Night Long" was ranked number one.

You must be a Judas Priest fan. Too bad about Rob Halford. He was such a talent.

My niece has been a user since 1968.
I'm 52 and she's a year or so younger than me and last time I saw her she looked about 70.
I'm amazed she's never OD'd.

I wasn't trying to belittle the death of anyone, I was responding to Don Myers attempt to turn this thread into a D.A.R.E. podium.

Just 1-2-3-4 from one song to the next. Yep. Loved it.
By the way it was "Up-tu-tre-fa !".

I liked that post!!! Funny... but in a bittersweet sort of way.
Ah, the youth of today, where did we fail them??!

RIP to both but Stepen Pearcy was the RATT sound. Listen to him and Dweezil jam and you'll know he needed to break out.
Sorry to see the Ramones lose two in one year.
