The reason so much of black Africa is a disaster is nothing to do with colonialism, or droughts. The trouble is the despotic behaviour of Africas rulers. Amazing that some people still deny this.

Amazing that some people still deny this.Of course they deny it. They've sold the world a bill of goods that the African "nations" that are a relic of 19th Century colonial map drawing are capable of self-government or internal cohesion, and that "multiracial societies" are possible in a continent where even multitribal communities are scarcely known.
