I agree with you. Clinton pressured Barak until he offered all of the West Bank and half of Jerusalem to the Palestinians. Arafat then added an additional demand, the so-called "right of full return," a condition the Israelis cannot accept as it would result in the end of the Jewish state--this, effectively, killed the deal.
