I am most appreciative to those who have now begun to recognize my daughter, Cynthia McKinney, for her honesty, steadfastness and patriotism.
I'm not sure I know where Cynthia found her courage. Perhaps it was watching me and my colleagues during the civil rights movement. Maybe it comes from her constituents, who appreciate the way she fights for individual people against the powers that be.
Although vindication was sweet and certainly hard-won, it is only a byproduct of the real success of my daughter's questioning of the events of Sept. 11. It has demonstrated my daughter's concern for the voters in her district and her trust in their ability and desire to receive truthful and accurate information. Her outspoken and courageous statements have placed her and our entire family on the firing line for retaliatory remarks, ridicule and inflammatory accusations.
We appreciate those who recognize the value of true patriotism, who endure the arrows of adversity, and who stand with us in our fight for truth and justice.
Every father seeks the approval of his children. Every child wants to earn the pride of her parents. I am certainly proud of my daughter --- her courage, her determination and the loyalty she has earned from the people of her district. I believe that, in time, even her critics will come to understand her invaluable service.
I have remembered a lesson from watching my daughter over the last few weeks that I first learned while standing up to the Ku Klux Klan and angry gangs bent on depriving African Americans of their most basic rights during the fight for civil rights. Sometimes showing courage means standing alone. But it takes no courage to be part of a mob.
JAMES E. "BILLY" McKINNEY
State Representative, District 51
I, one of her most vocal critics, already understand her invaluable service-- to point out the lack of any intellect or ability to act in the best interests of America by those on the loony Left.
Reagan had it right, there is No Right or Left, only Up and Down, the Socialist wing if the Dimwit party wants everyone brought DOWN to a lowest-common-denominator level and then THEY will be the leaders.
Thanks for the invaluable service, Kabul Cindy!

Gotta mention the Klan. Can't have a discussion about anything without mentioning the Klan. Ya know, "Billy", I see a lot of gangs depriving people of their most basic rights everyday.
And it's the "fighters for civil rights" who apologize for them.
It should also be noted that her father approached the protesting freepers, who had said nothing to him --I wasn't sure who he was-- and immediately began his vituperative attacks on us personally.

Sorry Daddy dearest.....if you're holding your breath you'll be awfully blue before THIS critic EVER understands her "invaluable service."
The only service that's invaluable to her is whatever benefits Cindy McKinney. Anything else matters not.
As to standing up to her detractors....if sneaking past us while having her hoods shout racial epitaths at us is courage, then I must be superwoman.
Where's the Pepto Bismol? I think I'm gonna be sick......
And darned proud of it, too, I might add!

Darnit, I'd swear I started a file on him... maybe it's appended to the above links- can't seem to locate it on floppies. Yes, it's near the end.... |
More like sewage.
Either "Billy" is himself a moron or he hasn't been able to come to grips with the fact that his daughter is. It must be very very difficult for a parent to accept that.
