I can't say I ever saw a ghost or "shadow people", but have you ever had a vivid dream where someone you knew who had died was there, and you had a good long talk ? I've had a few of those, I don't know what to make of it but it always made me feel good upon waking up.

I had a dream like this shortly after the death of a dear friend it was surreal. No talkiing....no need.

I have had one of these with my father. I knew I was dreaming and he was sitting in his usual spot in my childhood house. I wanted to see him one last time. I got my wish. He looked very natural.

Also, I had a few dreams of him when he was dying of cancer that were vivid and symbolic. They indicated that he would be going to heaven and I hope they were true.

Closure, I think, or perhaps the dream world is a conduit to another reality, just as real in its own way, as the waking hours....
