i thought I was the only one who saw that post about his going to Pakistan and India. I din't mind telling you I'm more scared for his safety if he does go there than when he went to South Korea and China!

Sorry....couldn't find the post where I saw that last night about the Pres going to India/Pakistan, but I'm concerned, too......very concerned. Hopefully, it's just a "rumor."

Hello, Miss Marple. I hope he doesn't go too. What is he thinking? Wouldn't you guess the Secret Service has advised against it? I remember reading sometime ago that Bush has a "what will be, will be" attitude regarding his own safety.

I know his duty is to his country and he should do all he can to protect the USA. That means preventing a nuclear war breaking out between Pakistan and India. But that doesn't meam I'm any less nervous about him going over there. Al any of us can do is to pray like never before that he stays safe and returns to the US unharmed.

I am in northern California for a couple of days and am checking on the Dose with my $6.00 an hour AOL toll free service so as not to leave a long distance bill at my husband's aunt and uncle's house. Can't dawdle online! I'll be home again in a couple of days though.
