The photo is a copy of the driver's license photo belonging to Gary A. Land, who is being sought by the FBI as a possible witness to the bombing of the Federal building in Oklahoma City. Land, whose last known address was Kingman, Ariz., was driving a 1981 white Ford Thunderbird with an Arizona license plate.

I guess we can find all sorts of resemblances.

I can't find a single resemblance between Land and the composite--except they both appear to be makes. Land has a remarkably displaced nose, and a pronounced chin. Looks like his long hair is covering what we used to call "Dumbo" ears.
