Thanks for the article. There are several patent attorneys and patent agents on FR. Maybe some patent examiners, too.

No recommendation except try to find a patent attorney whose office is reasonably near you. Ask your family attorney, he may know of someone and be able to refer you. Steer clear of those patent investment companies who advertise nationally, most attorneys have enough business by word of mouth and the yellow pages.

The patent office today is a joke (like every other federal agency after Bubba).

Recall the thread a couple months ago about the boy who patented

A New Method for Swinging on a Swing.

I hold over a dozen legitimate patents and have seen numerous patents granted for inventions essentially identical to mine but that were filed ten years later.
