so whats the deal did they threaten to remove graduates who turned their backs? I have to say that its disturbing to me if they did. I don't see how simply turning your back would be a big disruption to the President and surely he would be man enough to just move on.

It might disturb you even more if you were a parent in the audience and your view of the commencement ceremony was being blocked by an @$$hole.

If Dubya is so lacking in self-confidence as to be troubled by some protestor turning his back on him, that would explain why he's carrying out so much of the Rat agenda....

Oh what a bunch of baloney. If you stand up and turn your back in protest at a play, an opera, a funeral, etc., you'll be kicked out, and with good reason. Is it really gonna kill you to show a little respect, to honor decorum at a commencement ceremony?
