Just a ping...even Salon.com gets into the "Who Was John Doe #2" act.

Actually this Salon.Com story was written LAST YEAR but with all the speculation about John Doe #2 now, there should be an investigation into that video tape. Will the FBI dare to claim that the video tape is "missing?" That would surely stretch their credibility way too far.

My recollection is that anytime a videotape doesn't prove law-enforcers' position, it is "lost" or accidently erased.

Gee, the FBI let us see the video of McVeigh going into that McDonalds, while at about the same time, he was renting the truck. There are several other video tapes out there from security cameras, which the FBI has.

I believe we need a law to force the FBI to record their interviews. They've lied too many times, for too long and once again they get caught lying here. Also, we should make it a crime for an FBI agent to lie to a citizen. It's a crime to lie to a federal agent, it should be a crime the other way around too.
