Excellent. The upstairs is much more civilized now. Still not finished but much improved. There's even a bathroom and sink and everything. Yahoo!! For victory & freedom!!!

I know it is a long way for most of you to drive, but if you can make it, we would love to have you join us for a "Support our Troops" rally on Friday and a tailgate/barbecue get together on Saturday.
Sorry if some of you have received several pings about this, but we want to make sure everyone gets the word that they are invited.
We don't want to ping you if you don't want to be pinged - if you want off the rally/tailgate ping list, let JustAmy or Mama_Bear know. :-)

My husband (jkphoto) does wonderful tri-tip. (Of course, he has never fixed it for this many people before, but he doesn't seem to be concerned.) :-)

I just found out we can make it for sure.We will be driving up and then after the Tailgate party continue on to Oregon to look around.
So put us down as a big happy yes from FallGuy and Snow Bunny.
We will arrive on the 11th in the evening, so do yo have any suggestions of a motel or hotel to stay at that is near by.Reasonable rates. And Computer friendly too so I can do the Canteen in the night while the world sleeps. hahaha...thanks so much.
That way we will be there for the Rally on Friday and also Sat. yipee

Wonderful news! I know how badly you have wanted to come and rally with us. :-) I will add you both to the yes list. I'm sure Amy will be getting a hold of you re: accomodations while you are in Fresno.
Jeff and I are so looking forward to this! Now I won't have to throw my temper fit. LOL!

That is wonderful news! I will start checking motel room rates.
I made a trip to Woodward Park today to check accomodations. On the way there, I checked out all the new motels. There are several between Shaw and Friant Road.
See you on the 11th or the 12th.
