Meanwhile, while Bush is taking it easy, you had Al Gore working his a*s off on a 48-hour whirlwind tour of several swing states. Rove got complacent at the end, and it nearly cost them.
This is not correct. GWB spoke to the same number of audiences as Gore. Your memory of those days is from the ABCCNNMSNBC interpretation of how hard each candidate was working. That and the cameras showing how much Gore was sweating!

Isn't it amazing that Gore paraded through a temple collecting money from monks and nuns and the Democrat voters did not care? Gore allowed Maria Hsia to take the fall? He stood back and watched a female take it on the chin while he lied about the entire scam? Senator Toricelli of NJ watches a women fundraiser be found guilty of finding him illegal money. He also watched a man go to jail for finding him illegal money. Would someone explain to me how a politician is given a Mercedes, custom suits, Rolex and money and only the donor is guilty?
GW Bush has a DWI from 3 decades ago and bottom feeders blast fax it? Maybe someone ought to blast fax a few Democrat issues?
