The man is not a nutcase. The man is one of the most profound military thinkers of our era. His book "the transformation of war" is more the basis for our own Pentagon transformation than any other single work.
You may disagree, but this is a man who deserves to be argued with seriously and not just put down with a few sneering slanders by an intellectual lightweight.
