Bump.

Most of America is still in bed, ST, and doesn't know who their mailman is, much less the Vice-President of the U.S. Nor do they care.
Nor can we expect the media to tell them. The GOP needs to get on message and stary there, if we're going to cut through the kultursmog.

Well put. When it comes election day 2004, most voters go for the better-looking candidate.
They don't dwell on his/her stand on the issues because they are uninformed... and could care less.
GW in 2004 barely beat a dolt who kissed his wife like Frankenstein did his in the movie.
He walked to her with his arms straight out like a two-by-four had been shoved up his ass.
The dims will push Edwards but settle for Kerry. Clinton will be there also.

check out this web page and you will see that there is no "virus" to cure.
I'm familiar with Duesberg, and don't discount his arguments. Just didn't want to tackle that discussion here.
But if he turns out to be right, how much less likely is it that medicine will cure a disease by trying to fight a highly-mutative retrovirus that doesn't even cause it.

"We are a house divided against itself....." And we can blame that on the Diversity Squad and all the silly Americans who fall for their propaganda. This also includes tha Tolerance Squad who tell us we have to put up with anything and everything or else we're mean-spirited bigots.
Thank you...finally someone said it. This is the main reason why I'll never be optimistic about the future in the USA. America's culture IS being destroyed (not counting rural areas, and smaller populated areas in the South). There IS no national pride...most people consider themselves a (fill in the blank)-American. Mainstream media and gov indoctrination centers lap up the Tolerance Squad agenda, desensitizing its followers in all things that repsresent the REAL American, including common sense itself. The future will only produce stupid, blind dependent, victimized, indebted, unmotivated, Americans who have no idea what freedom is, what America is all about, and are unable to think for themselves to the point that they need Uncle Sam and/or an anti-depressant for everything.
F-optimism.
Have a nice day.

What I mean is this. Hi-tech, computerized educational tools are slowly, but increasingly, making self-education (home education) the preferred way of learning. As the technology advances, the trend will accelerate. We're only at the beginning, but by 2025, perhaps sooner, it should be the dominant form of education in the U.S. Sounds good to me! We've already joined that revolution!

Shameless homeschool bump. :o)
Molding our children into self taught, life long learners is what the NEA fears.

Exactly (and well said) :-)
Now one of my main beefs with this administration is that they continue the indoctrination you describe! This must stop and stop now!

Future? I think you've described America today.

Cures for AIDS, cancer, heart disease and many other ailments maligning the health of millions across the globe can already be cured and prevented. Look up the Beck Protocol sometime. Of course, the AMA and the pharmecutical companies don't want you to know that, since a patient cured is obviously money lost.

I'm finding lately that it doesn't matter if you love or hate Bush. Any questioning of any policy automaticaly draws fire as if you were the worst Bush basher that ever existed. No legitimate discussion of the policy at hand is permitted. This is sad given the nature of this forum.

The best thing is finely gratified onions on a really good hot dog.

Putin has unexpectedly been embracing more capitalist policies. For instance, he has cut income taxes to a flat 13% and is moving to cut other taxes, too. Okay, now if we could just get our tax rates away from the 35% range to 13% like Russia. Sheesh, now which country is the capitalistic one? These taxes are killing me!
To: Reagan is King
How about 10% and local taxes only for services!
To: farmfriend
I do not endorse blind obedience.I have not bashed any reasoned dissenters. This post is pure speculation and the Bush Presidency is far from perfect.See post 7.

How about 10% and local taxes only for services! I'll second that!
