You don't need to segregate the money. Just look at what black Americans - as a group - pay in taxes. Then look at what black Americans - as a group - cost in terms of social programs and law enforcement. You'll see that it is a net negative. In other words, if all the blacks in America moved back to Africa, the Treasury would show a net gain. That's not racist. That's just fact.
