Does anyone know in what area of SLC Ricci's home is located?

Ricci doesn't fit unless:

He has complex crimes in his background or
he has se*x crimes - or stalking of women in
his background.

I heard he was a bad-dude felon. Does anyone know
more about his record. A typical felon does not just jump (at 50) into kidnapping or se*x crimes or obsession.
I would think he record would reveal some of this activity
(which it might).
