Did you see the recent rulings that SCOTUS made? Apparently they are ruling by poll now.

Don't count on this bunch to put anyone in their place.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But if they can rule that the First Amendment protects virtual kiddie pornographers then surely they think it protects all political speech. I doubt a poll would have supported the kiddie porn ruling.
