I can't wait to see these ads on the Simon campaign web page - I hope they will appear soon :-).
And I don't think this reshuffling is chaos in the campaign. After all, the campaign is doing extremely well by any measure. No; this campaign has been run like a venture capitalist would, which should be no surprise to anyone knowing about Simon's career.
So, how does a venture capitalist run a campaign? Well, he starts with his core of people who thought up the idea. If preliminary work shows they have a reasonable shot at success, he brings in the big-gun CEO and managers. At this point, the campaign/venture costs a great deal more to operate, but now has the structure and professional talent needed to manage rapid growth.
I think this shows that Simon is satisfied that the campaign is a good investment, and it's time to throw more money in it - his and ours.
D
I just checked. They're available here.
I'm watching them now, and I like them. But, the download is extremely slow (~10KB/sec now), for 4MB ads.

Well said :-)
GO SIMON!
Excellent analogy, and accurate.
