Good point. Other outcomes include stripping Christmas of national and state holiday status - the banks and the courts must be open on December 25; elimination of all military chaplains; elimination of all religious symbols in military cemeteries; elimination of tax free status for all religious institutions including somewhat covert churches like the Salvation Army; elimination by state law of licensing any religious practioner to conduct legal marriages; elimination of any tax free status for a religiously sponsored college or university like Notre Dame, Baylor, SMU, University of Chicago, Peppardine, Yeshiva University, etc.

After the aforementioned become facts of life, next come the money scamming tort lawyers suing all of the aforementioned for damages done by their conduct of what is now no-longer a legitimate activity activity just like they did with asbestos, tobacco, IPOs, etc. We are owned bag and baggage by the corrupt bar.

That's a real can of worms, masadaman.

"We are owned bag and baggage by the corrupt bar."

Where's the original Thirteenth Amendment when you really need it?
