Even though the President is attending the G-8 summit in Calgary, the big news seems to be that the 9th Circuit Court ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional for the use of the words 'under God'. White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer relayed the President's feelings to the media today (see quote of the day.) Back in Canada, the hot topic continues to be the situation in the Mideast as President Bush threatened to cut off money to the Palestinians if they failed to embrace reform. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
