Yes, thanks! I can see real well how the leaf is constructed, but it is really difficult to draw it in the limited space I have.....look at this....

Good mornin,all. I'm up with the birds. Mis, I saw your complaint about shin splints. Most often in running and walking this is due to too much heal/toe motion. In running to avoid this you run more flat footed with shorter stride.In walking a shorter stride may only want you to go faster with the heal/toe. So what you do instead of pushing off with the ball of your foot.. you squeeze your butt and get the power push down from your lowerback-butt-hams(back of thighs)-calf. Can you feel this?
On a tread mill I have you increase elevation. When you walk uphill you have to go more flat foot and push with the butt. Now go out and do it! No rest a couple days.
