I'd like to see members of congress tested for drugs! I bet more than a few would come back positive.

I have absolutely no doubt that the Supreme Court would find such a measure unconstiutional.

As should every Board of Education member and school administrator be randomly tested. They are being entrusted with the health care of our kids (with this new ruling) and therefore must be above question regarding their own fitness for that purpose. Since they are the ones that promote this type of program, and 'surely' they have nothing to hide, they should be happy to oblige.
