The San Francisco-based court also has more reversals by the U.S. Supreme Court — 12 out of 17 cases this term — than any other circuit. That is partly because it is the biggest circuit, covering California and eight other states. But it is also because it tends to make liberal, activist rulings.
Of the circuit's 23 active judges, 17 were appointed by Democratic presidents and six by Republicans. Circuit Judge Alfred Goodwin[85?!?], who ruled Wednesday that the words "under God" make the Pledge of Allegiance an unconstitutional endorsement of religion, was appointed by President Nixon. Appointments are for life.

I have figured for awhile that England was a great secret power in the world.
Czar Romanov (Russia) was a cousin to King Henry V. The Elector of Hess (Germany)who rented the Hessian troops to England during our Revolutionary War , was also in line to the throne.
There's a great college site called "Avalon" (Yale) that has many early contracts.
After the Revolution Benjiman Franklin signed a contract with the King of England borrowing money to keep America afloat. The King of England also bought up contracts America had with other countries such as Holland.
I figured Austrailia was still held by England, and South Africa too.
I'm sure there are other holdings where England used prison laborers to colonize.
Prisoners being anyone whose door they kicked in and dragged from their families.
I've also figured our Constitution to be one of the stumbling blocks to the new world orders dream of world rule. Or the false belief in our Constitution , as your link says.
I've wondered what they would use to finally trash our Constitution and install their UN constitution. Always knowing it would be war.
It would appear that China will be used , as we are building and training their military (if not another planned world war). Like we always do to our "allies" before we call them "enemies".
I would assume if that's the case , that England would keep its' other possessions out of the war and wait. Then under the guise of world government quietly hide behind the UN constitution to rule as the worlds secret Rome.
Something like that anyway.
Then they could use China's aggression as an excuse to squash China with a world army , achieving victory over another stumbling block for the new worlders , the East.
