Hillary promised thousands of "high" paying jobs for the upstate region of NY but so far none of them have materialized. Most of the new openings were brought in by the Pataki Administration. Now we have Andrew Cuomo Jr. telling upstate voters that if elected he will bring in the needed jobs. Are these jobs for the voters they bring in off of grave stones? Lots of Luck!
