That guy is white.... Or, inversely, they need a lot more white guys to get the chair, to "make the death row population look more like America" or something.
Either way, more bad guys need to die.
Seems to me, the death row population should be representative of the CRIMINAL population, not necessarily the total population.
I don't care what color a criminal (or in this case murderer) is, I just care that justice is done. Anyone who adds the race tage to a conviction or punishment is flat wrong.
