Dear Mr. or Ms. Whacker, you are absolutely correct because in most any other jurisdiction even a scum like this would never be eliminated. Calif. obviously has no constitutional law, just a bunch of hacks trying to enact their ideas. N.Y. has put to death how many? none. While the southeast has a little better record, it still needs to get the ball rolling to get those 10 and 12 and 18 years delays with warrentless appealsdown to about 4 or 5. This guy should go in about 3 minutes if they can insure he is guilty.
