Accused insider trader Sam Waksal pleaded the Fifth Amendment 223 times in a face-to-face grilling in an explosive civil lawsuit, The Post has learned.
Waksal, the former CEO of scandal-scarred ImClone, was hammered over a litany of accusations - including wiring cash to Swiss accounts through an investment vehicle he set up with Martha Stewart, Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein and other celebrities.
