Jeff, please add me to your list also. I have read the Volume II excerpts on the web page and I can hardly wait for the release. Since reading Volume I, I have been checking Volume II's availability on your site almost every day. Is there any way to get Amazon to take advance orders?

Volume II is complete with the initial rite and getting very close on edits. I will be adding maps and illustrations over the next few days, reformatting and then sending on to Lightning Source bu mid-next week. They disribute it.

Hopefully it will hit Amazon before the end of the month.

I really think readers are going to enjoy it.
