Unfortunately, the link is to a website that I would call questionable. The information contained in the article, however, is very important. I have read a number of articles by this author and her science is very sound.

We have played with our food and now it is starting to catch up with us. Months ago, we got rid of all the vegetable oils and gone to a diet rich in butter, lard, eggs, good eggs and raw milk. We all feel great. The missus, who has suffered for years vatious pains, is pain free.

I just don't think the Lord had intended that we eat the oil of a soybean or the rapeseed. Raw butter on the other hand in a marvelous food.

Conservatives, that care about their future generations, should explore the option of better nuture for themselves and their posterity. In addition, we ought to explore ways that promote agriculture the way God intended it to be.

May I suggest a "Google" search on Mary G. Enig, PhD ?

Granted, there are some things there which require not only enormous amounts of tin foil, some of them actually would require aluminum PLATE! However, there are some articles there that are worth the read, and I think that this is one of them. Her science is definitely sound, and the chemistry makes sense - as well as the marketing.

I've switched completely to natural oils such as lard for cooking as well as butter, and feel much better. Anyone that says the AMA and the FDA give a rip about our health should look again - they're in it for the money. If by chance someone came up with the cure for nearly everything, I can't imagine the doctors (with their lawyer friends) would allow this invention to see the light of day. After all, our misfortunes and misery are what keep these people in paychecks. (Don't get me wrong, there are good people in both of those fields, it's just that one has to look REALLY HARD to find them.)

That is NOT Dr. Enig's website. Hers isn't even up yet. She is a serious chemist, a specialist in dietary lipids. She is also a registered nutritionist and dietician. If you read her book "Know Your Fats," you will see that she really knows what she's talking about. I have reviewed her book on my own website HERE.
