I appreciate your concern about any potential liability, but if JimRob had a dollar for every possible act of libel on this website he would retire a millionaire.

Just speculation, but could BVD be upset because swinging Barb may testify (to a totally different story)??? If the defense doesn't call Barb, I found this whole thing very odd that neither side called one of the major players.

Maybe Damon caught Danielle running away and panicked thinking she'd spill the beans about the molestation. I think they have the wrong guy on trial and some justice better be done with the real perpetrator in this case.

Crystalk, there is a possibility that the child woke up and went downstairs looking for her father. He could have been doing drugs and passed out for awhile in the LOCKED garage.
Danielle became frightened, no one home..what to do? So, she walks out of the house, and goes either down the street or next door.."Where's my Daddy?"...is the only thing on her mind. She wanders away from the house, and the rest is unknown history..
Now, I'm not saying the new people next door have anything to do with this...BUT..I do want to know if her scent used when the dog search led the searchers "next door" and not to DW's, then DID they search the house next door?
Then, we also have the 13 registered sex offenders who live in the neighborhood? ..sw

What I find particularly disturbing is using the threat of a lawsuit to halt the flow of information about this case. This is a new tactic, and one of the lowest I've seen so far. I guess getting threads, messages and accounts pulled is not enough for some people, so now this is the new thing? What's the matter, did people keep posting opinions disagreeable to certain factions here--despite all the thread, message, and account pulling?
Unfortunately, it's worked for some people. Some people left rather than put up with lawsuit threats.
Jim Robinson didn't like it when the Washington Post did it to him (and we all supported him in his struggle against them). Now I will say for all to read, I don't like it when someone is trying to pull this on another Freeper. Maybe you won this round TS, at least on paper. But there are other ways to tally winning and losing, and in some of those, you come up lacking.
Every day, I see a number of threads under the heading of "Caption This." What Fresno did is NO worse than what people write on the Caption This threads. In fact, Fresno's are just plain old vanilla compared to most!
Shame, shame on everyone who allows this kind of threat to occur on a place called, oddly enough, "Free" Republic.

I will take a double order of the Oysters on the half shell and a Calamare Steak Dore. And two Samuel Adams drafts.

Hi Lanza...I was gonna ping you when Barb came on board...didn't forget!
I think the VD's are quite upset with Barb.
Understand, Damon and Brenda were interviewed SIX times about the goings on at their home and they NEVER mentioned the famous Piece (of Pizza ) Party, they left that part out. BUT, it was BARB who got scared and told the LE what went on that evening...she snitched! SOOOOO, I don't think she is too popular with that crowd anylonger...It's the nature of the beast, I guess.

Give me down to there hair
Shoulder length or longer
Here baby, there mama
Everywhere daddy daddy
Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair
Brown, blonde, color-treated
Long hair, short hair, permed and pleated,
Frayed ends, split ends, blunt ends, tapered,
On the floors and in the laundry
Find it, bag it, what a quandry
Hair, hair, hair, hair, hair.
