It is all available to Feldman. The examiners said they don't do certain tests because the tests destroy the fibers and they don't like to do it unless absolutely necessary. They've testified the fibers are available for further testing if so desired. Plus, defense would ask for sanctions against the prosecution if they violated any discovery rules and that hasn't happened.
