Title 4, Section 8 says:

(d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white, and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker's desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.

I'm not sure that it means that a jacket can't look like a flag but I would think that out of respect it shouldn't appear on a hag. Besides, Janet should be in prison stripes not stars and stripes.

" thought that wearing the flag as apparal was wrong use of flag"

That's what I understand. There were several articles in the local papers right after 9/11 regarding proper flag displays. Wearing it as clothing is on the taboo list.

I figured the caption should be:

"You are all invited back to my hotel for a love fest."

You cannot take an American Flag and use it as apparel but you can wear a jacket that looks like the American flag. Is everyone following or did i confuse even more?
