Man, Luis, my condo association is coming unglued over our parking lot. You'd think I landed on the sound stage for West Side Story. I sympathize with you. I believe we are having a revolution here soon. Sometimes, it's good to make friends with everybody like on Survivor and then kick out the Board of Directors and fire the property manager. It takes time and people usually jump on board when they've had enough. We are at that stage. I was in the parking lot the other night myself. Good luck. Change takes time but it's worth the effort.
