Emergency crews have been called to the scene of a manhole explosion in Pasadena, Md. Six people have been injured, apparently one of them is seriously injured. 11 News has learned the explosion occurred in a manhole across the street from a power plant around 1:45 p.m. The incident happened in the 8000 block of Ft. Smallwood Road.
