Actually I don't think it was at the building. But a lot further away from it. Looks like an accident.

He only become annoying after you have seen the same commerical twenty-seven times and heard him say that at least 97 times. Thats when it gets to be a bit annoying.

What does it say about FR when everytime there is an "explosion" or bus/train wreck, its posted in breaking news and people inevbitably starts yelling "terrorist atack"?

Is this it:

Emergency crews have been called to the scene of a manhole explosion in Pasadena, Md. Six people have been injured, apparently one of them is seriously injured. 11 News has learned the explosion occurred in a manhole across the street from a power plant around 1:45 p.m. The incident happened in the 8000 block of Ft. Smallwood Road.
