Two questions for all well informed Freepers regarding Rumsfeld. 1. Does anyone know the reason for the cast? I haven't heard anything. 2. He used to do press conferences almost every day, but C-span doesn't have them very often. Is he doing fewer press conferences, or is C-span ignoring them?

2. He usually did 2 press conferences a week but has slowed down a bit.
3. Today he testified before a Senate Committee:

The treaty took nine years to negotiate. Rumsfeld's hand is in a cast after a recent operation. He later held up and compared the treaty to the Moscow Treaty signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and the current President Bush.
