MANCHESTER: Police are looking for an unusual suspect: a man who wore a Dolly Parton-style blond wig, silk blouse and red, pleated skirt while selling Girl Scout cookies door to door.BR>
A Thayer Road resident called police Tuesday morning about the strange cookie-seller, who completed his outfit with a pair of sandals.
