Please don't blame that on the "bureaucrats" but blame it on your SOURCE of news. On the live newscast I watched on FoxNews, the Sheriff (bureaucrat) definitely gave high praise to the little 5 year old witness!!!!!! He was ever appreciative to the witnesses/public and said it more than once.

John Gibson was sitting in for Greta tonight and the police chief let it slip that Samantha's body was badly beaten. Poor baby--it's so heartwrenching thinking of how she suffered.
