Just wondering - is this pervert a legal citizen or resident alien of the United States?

On Michael Savage broadcast earlier this evening, he said the mother has a green card. He said no report yet has indicated whether the guy arrested was born in the US (thus citizen) or immigrant (green card holder).

I try to catch up with reading, reaching your post, I tell you I remember, that the mother of this suspect said, that he has a "Green Card". Whatever it means, she said that!!
